This role involves driving strategic technology initiatives across BPO operations, ensuring seamless delivery of IT services, and enhancing client satisfaction through operational leadership and vendor management.
Responsibilities
• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of IT solutions that support BPO operations across multiple geographies.
• Oversee infrastructure, application, and service delivery to ensure high availability, scalability, and compliance with SLAs and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, and delivery teams to align technology strategies with operational goals.
• Drive automation, AI/ML integration, and digital transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and strategic alignment with business objectives.
• Ensure robust cybersecurity, data privacy, and risk management practices across all BPO technology platforms.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of complex technology projects, including migrations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), service levels, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures tailored to BPO environments.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
Skills
• 5+ years of experience in IT leadership roles within BPO, contact center or shared services environments.
• Proven experience in managing global IT operations, service delivery, and vendor ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of ITIL, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and enterprise architecture.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skills.
• Experience with automation tools, workflow platforms, and digital transformation technologies.
• ITIL Certification (Foundation or Expert level).
• Experience with RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
• Familiarity with compliance standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2, and ISO 27001.
• Background in managing multi-client BPO environments and SLA-driven delivery models.
Education Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master’s degree (MBA, MS in Technology Management, or equivalent).
• PMP or Agile Certification (Scrum Master, SAFe, PMI-ACP).
