Job Overview

We're seeking a detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our growing men's health medical practice. This exciting role offers the perfect blend of administrative excellence and marketing coordination, where you'll play a crucial part in streamlining operations and expanding community outreach. You'll work directly with leadership to manage communications, organize data, coordinate events, and help build valuable business relationships. Responsibilities

• Manage and organize email communications, including inbox cleanup and professional correspondence

• Create and maintain comprehensive spreadsheets for data analysis and business intelligence

• Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics planning

• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) based on provided guidelines and best practices

• Support human resources functions including new employee onboarding and conducting reference checks

• Conduct strategic outreach to local businesses within a 25-mile radius for partnership opportunities

• Build and maintain databases of potential business partners and community contacts

• Schedule appointments and meetings for marketing events and business development initiatives

• Plan and coordinate community marketing events and outreach activities

• Execute various administrative projects with independence and attention to detail

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Personal/Executive assistant

• Experience in the healthcare, medical or sports

• Strong proficiency in spreadsheet creation, data entry, and analysis and email management and calendar coordination

• Solid background in administrative tasks and file organization

• Marketing or business outreach experience preferred

• Excellent ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for professional business outreach

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail

• Comfortable working in a healthcare environment with confidentiality requirements

• Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional home office setup

• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
