Requirements
What You'll do:
• Work with game designers and developers through all stages of production.
• Collaborating with the game development team to understand the overall vision for the game and how the narrative will fit within that vision.
• Developing a compelling and engaging story for the game, including creating interesting and well-developed characters, as well as crafting interesting and engaging dialogue.
• Writing clear and concise script documents that can be used by the game development team to create the game.
• Conducting research and staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments to ensure that the game's narrative is fresh and engaging.

• Self-starter who takes initiative and can take projects from zero to one.
• There is no task too small or “not your job.”
• You understand that to begin, you will be required to ask questions and take action.
• You understand the big picture, but still sweat the details: you can manage complex projects that spam multiple teams and relationships (and catch the spelling mistake in this bullet point on the first read).
• Comfortable collaborating and communicating with teams at various levels of seniority.
